Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Colmena AI ("Service"), operated by Colmena AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Colmena AI is a HubSpot-native field intelligence tool that allows sales teams to log signals, track deal activity, and surface insights within HubSpot CRM. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to the Service is granted through HubSpot OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account and all activity that occurs under your portal. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Signal data logged through the Service is stored securely and associated with your HubSpot portal ID. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service.
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Service in a way that violates HubSpot's terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising Colmena AI are owned by us. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colmena AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
